POLO SHIRTS

Screen printing is our main business, here at Fat Rat Press . We print all our garments, in house, to ensure the highest quality and fastest production time. Normal turn around time is 7-8 work days, but if you need a RUSH, we can do it, as long as our schedule allows.

We offer 2 grades of polo shirts:
Economic
American Apparel

Economic , 5.6oz - 6.1oz.
These shirts are good quality, well made shirts. No odd-lot or irregulars, are used at our shop. They come in 100% cotton OR 50/50 (cotton/poly) blend.

SET UP CHARGES and ADDITIONAL COSTS

INITIAL SCREENS are $25. each.
One screen is needed for EACH color and print location.

REPRINT SET-UPS are only $10. per screen.

INK CHANGES, during the print run, are $10. per color.

METALLIC, GLITTER and SPECIALTY inks are an addl $ .50 per garment, for each color and print location.

Eco-friendly SOY and WATER BASED INKS are an addl $ .50 per garment, for each color and print location.

RUSH CHARGES

NEXT Day Production, ADD: 75 %

2 Day Production, ADD: 50 %

3 Day Production, ADD: 30 %

RUSH orders MUST be submitted by 10am EST, to count as production day 1. Example: Next Day rush order submitted by Monday, 10am, would ship on Tuesday.
